NikoBiz Programme: Trainers of Trainers

The ability to build a sustainable enterprise should never be limited by circumstance, location, or background. The NikoBiz programme is focused on supporting youth (18–35), women, and Persons with Disabilities to turn their digital skills and creative talents into businesses. We are looking for Trainers of Trainers (ToTs) to help us deliver this training and mentorship initiative across Uasin Gishu, Nandi, West Pokot, Kakamega, and Elgeyo Marakwet counties. If your expertise is rooted in Agriculture, the Gig Economy, or the Creative Economy, and you are driven to guide and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs meaningfully, this is your opportunity to drive impact at the grassroots level.
