About This Opportunity
Role Summary Support ongoing community and health research projects by assisting in data collection, participant management, and implementation of study procedures under supervision. Key Responsibilities Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in research settings Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collect and manage research data and study participants Obtain informed consent and ensure confidentiality of study participants Support ethical handling and documentation of research data Perform additional duties to support project operations Requirements Diploma in Community Health Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health & Development, Nutrition, Social Work or related field 1–5 years post-graduation experience Must be willing to live and work in Migori Passion for maternal, child, and community health Willingness to learn research involving human subjects Nursing applicants must have valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya Kenyan youth below 30 years Must have completed studies and obtained final certificate Certificate of Good Conduct required Personal accident and medical insurance required Key Skills Analytical and report writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation skills Teamwork and adaptability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills
